Delete SoLo Backup & Clean Data

The Android app has no SoLoVision account and does not upload backup or cleanup content to SoLoVision. You control its local data and every backup destination. Live Chat stores only the separate support information you choose to submit.

Remove local app data

  1. Open Android Settings, then Apps, then SoLo Backup & Clean.
  2. Open Storage & cache and choose Clear storage or Clear data.
  3. Uninstall the app if you also want to remove the application.

This removes local preferences, scan cache, and backup receipts. It does not delete photos, messages, or files stored outside the app.

Remove copies you created

Delete photo copies from the SoLo Backup & Clean folder in Google Drive and empty Drive trash if you want them permanently removed. Delete an encrypted SMS or MMS archive from the folder where you saved it. These files are controlled by you and the selected document provider.

Support conversations

If you contacted SoLoVision support, request deletion of that separate support conversation by emailing support@solovisionllc.com. Include the email address used for support, but do not attach backups, messages, passwords, or private media.

No developer account to delete

Because the app does not create a SoLoVision account or host your app content, no account-deletion request is required for normal app use.
